All meal plans can be provided with macronutrient analysis, and shopping lists

MINDFUL EATING

Mindful eating provides an alternative to diets. With mindfulness, you don't restrict any food or food types, you don't calorie count or weigh-in. Instead you learn to use the systems that you were born with.

With mindfulness, you eat whatever you want.

Welcome to Mind your Body - Mind your Food

 

After struggling most of my life with my weight, I have finally realised that diets don't work. 

 

I studied to become a Weight Management Practitioner mostly out of self-interest and was looking for a long-term solution to losing weight for good.  

During my studies and after completing the course, I realised how passionate I feel about the newly found knowledge and wanted to pass it on to as many people as possible. 

 

I want to teach people who are struggling with their weight, to find an alternative to dieting. An alternative that, in my opinion, is the only way for long-term success that will change your way of eating and your relationship with food for good.
