The Aim of this Program is to focus on your physical activity

 

The program is looking at how you can add physical activity back into your life and how you can increase your energy and movement and therefore improve your health and wellbeing.

 

What you get :

 

  • Comprehensive "Love to be Active Again Workbook" – filled with information, activities, tips and strategies, designed to let you make informed decisions and choices on what physical activity you will enjoy and therefore STICK TO.  

  • Worksheets and illustrations for you to work through the program.

  • Optional first initial assessment to help you take the first step, discuss and set your goals and outline this program so you can understand how it can assist you to learn about the importance and benefits of physical activity.

  • Your choice of face-to-face or SKYPE sessions with me guiding you through the program.  Sessions can be tailored to your schedule.  You are in charge and can set the pace.  However, for your own benefit, I do recommend at least one session per week.  

  • Optional : Receive 50 % off a personalised meal plan, tailored to your needs and requirements. Meal plans in conjunction with any of my programs are merely meant to guide you.  It is up to you how little or how much you follow the meal plan.

  • Access to me via my contact options – Email, Phone or Skype – throughout the program. 

Program Cost :

Option 1 :

Payment of $96 as one up-front payment – You save $24

Option 2 :

Payment of a total of $120 by 3 weekly instalments
