The Aim of this Program is to:

  • Understand cravings for food and how to reduce them

  • Identify your triggers and understand why you eat

  •  Develop strategies how to overcome emotional eating

  • Be in charge of your eating habits

  • Reconnect with your body’s own signals of hunger and fullness

  • Learn about intuitive and mindful eating

  • Comprehensive “The Intuitive Eating Workbook” – filled with information and strategies, designed to make you aware of why you eat, what triggers your eating and how to take control and be in charge of your eating.

  • Heaps of activity sheets for you to work through the program.

  • A first initial assessment to help you take the first step, discuss and set your goals and outline this program so you can understand how it can assist you to learn the skills to lose weight and keep it off.

  • Face-to-face or SKYPE sessions with me guiding you through the program.  Sessions can be tailored to your schedule.  You are in charge and can set the pace.  However, for your own benefit, I do recommend at least one session per week.  

  • Optional : Receive 50 % off a personalised meal plan, tailored to your needs and requirements. Meal plans in conjunction with any of my programs are merely meant to guide you.  It is up to you how little or how much you follow the meal plan.

  • Access to me via my contact options – Email, Phone or Skype – throughout the program.

Payment of $360 by 9 weekly instalments
