The Aim of this Program is to focus on the food choices you make

 

You may already know a lot about nutrition, but this program explains the various nutrient classes in detail and takes the confusion out of nutrition information without labelling foods as “good” or “bad”.

 

 

What you get :

 

  • Comprehensive "Nutrition Information Workbook" - filled with information, activities, tips and strategies, designed to let you make informed decisions and choices on what foods to eat and what foods will make you feel good.

  • Worksheets and illustrations for you to work through the program and explain what effects the 6 major classes of nutrients have on your body.

  • Optional first initial assessment to help you take the first step, discuss and set your goals and outline this program so you can understand how it can assist you to learn about the importance of nutrients.

  • Your choice of face-to-face or SKYPE sessions with me guiding you through the program.  Sessions can be tailored to your schedule.  You are in charge and can set the pace.  However, for your own benefit, I do recommend at least one session per week.  

  • Optional : Receive 50 % off a personalised meal plan, tailored to your needs and requirements. Meal plans in conjunction with any of my programs are merely meant to guide you.  It is up to you how little or how much you follow the meal plan.

  • Access to me via my contact options – Email, Phone or Skype – throughout the program.

Payment of $96 as one up-front payment – You save $24

Option 2 :

Payment of a total of $120 by 3 weekly instalments
