Sometimes it's difficult to get the balance right, right ?
The last months, I have dedicated every weekend on progressing and writing a Workshop about "MINDFUL EATING - HOW TO LEAVE OLD HABITS BEHIND AND DEVELOP NEW AND HEALTHIER HABITS" - This is going to be a cracker of a workshop and I hope to have it ready to present by the beginning of next year, 2019.
This will be an interesting workshop for anyone who has been unsuccessful in trying to lose weight for good and is looking for an alternative to dieting.
With this approach there will be NO CALORIE COUNTING - NO DEPRIVATION OF YOUR FAVOURITE FOODS - AND ALL FOODS ARE ALLOWED
